RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At CupidCare, we maintain strict quality control standards. Due to the hygienic and liquid nature of our cleaning products, returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements will only be approved if:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product was leaking at the time of delivery

  • The product is manufacturing defective (unused condition only)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Partially used bottles

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect application or overuse

  • Material incompatibility

  • Dissatisfaction with cleaning outcome

Cleaning results may vary depending on:

  • Shoe material

  • Age and depth of stain

  • Application method

  • Surface condition

By purchasing, you acknowledge these variables.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required for Claims)

To file any damage, leakage, or wrong-item claim:

You must provide a clear, continuous, uncut unboxing video that shows:

  • The shipping label clearly visible

  • The sealed outer packaging before opening

  • The full unboxing process

  • The condition of the product

Claims submitted without proper unboxing video evidence will not be processed.

This policy protects genuine customers and prevents fraudulent claims.


3. Claim Timeline

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery confirmation

  • Claims raised after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances


4. Refund / Replacement Process

After verification and approval:

  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days
    OR

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days (if replacement is unavailable)

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • Refused COD deliveries may lead to permanent COD restriction on future orders

  • Repeated refusal patterns may result in account blacklisting

CupidCare reserves the right to deny service in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.
